The proceedings of a Medical Board assembled at the Civil Hospital, Hongkong, on the 3rd September, 1923, for the purpose of examining and reporting upon the present state of health of Lance Sergeant A81 Joseph Watts of the Police Department.

The Board having assembled proceeded to examine Lance Sergeant 181 Joseph Watts and find that he is suffering from Pulmonary Tuberculosic and as he is unfit for further service, we recommend that he be invalided, The Board also suggest that some arrangement might be made by the Colonial Office for sanatorium treatment of this man on his arrival in England.
